These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bolted Box’s website, rental platform, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
We rent portable storage and office containers for residential and commercial use. Delivery, pickup, and rental options depend on availability.
Rental Agreement
By renting, you agree to lawfully use the container, keep it in good condition (normal wear accepted), avoid hazardous materials, and allow access for delivery, pickup, or inspection.
Rental Period & Extensions
- Rentals are billed monthly.
- Extensions are allowed if requested before the current rental period ends.
- Late returns may incur extra charges.
Payment & Fees
- Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in service suspension, fees, or collection.
- Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or blocked delivery/pickup.
Delivery & Pickup
You must provide safe, accessible space. We’re not responsible for surface damage from normal container placement.
Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain access to the container.
- Don’t move the container yourself—Bolted Box will handle moves.
- Secure your belongings; locks are not provided unless purchased separately.
Limitation of Liability
- We aren’t responsible for loss, damage, or theft of stored items; you should insure your property.
- Our liability is limited to the rental fees you paid in the last 30 days.
Termination of Service
We may terminate service or refuse service if there are non-payments, misuse of containers, or suspected illegal activity.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms—continued use after updates means you accept them.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indiana law, and disputes are resolved in courts in Indiana.
