We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on BoltedBox.com are subject to change at any time. All payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Major credit cards

  • ACH transfers

  • Financing (if available)

Late payments may result in additional charges or order cancellation.

5. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or product description

  • Payment issues

  • Geographic delivery restrictions

  • Suspected fraud

6. Delivery and Site Access

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information

  • Ensuring the delivery site is accessible, level, and legal for drop-off

  • Obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals

Failed deliveries due to inaccessible or unsafe sites may incur additional fees.

7. Rental Terms (if applicable)

If you are renting a container:

  • Rental fees are billed according to your selected plan

  • You are responsible for keeping the container in good condition

  • You may not modify, relocate, or sublease the unit without our written permission

  • A damage deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We strive to provide accurate information, but if you need to cancel:

  • Orders canceled before dispatch may be refunded in full

  • Orders canceled after dispatch may be subject to a restocking and delivery fee

  • Custom containers or special orders may not be refundable

9. SMS/MMS Consent & Communication

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Bolted Box, including:

  • Order updates

  • Delivery coordination

  • Promotional messages (if opted in)

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email us.

Your phone number will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes without consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws using our services

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Transmit harmful or malicious content

  • Attempt to access secured areas without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in termination of service without refund.

  • Delivery delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party issues

  • Losses resulting from improper use or modification of containers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question.

  • Breach of these terms

  • Improper use of containers

  • Violations of law or third-party rights
