Every route starts and ends at our yard on the northwest side of Indianapolis, near 96th Street and Michigan Road.

What the Job Looks Like

No two days are exactly the same, but the routine is simple. Every move is on the operations calendar, and the office is always a phone call away.

1

Start at the Yard

Complete your truck and trailer inspection, check the day’s calendar and notes, and load any equipment and supplies you’ll need.

2

Deliver and Pick Up

Haul 20 ft and 40 ft storage and office containers to and from jobsites, businesses, and depots across Indiana, calling each customer about an hour before you arrive.

3

Place It Right

Help the customer pick a good spot, check for overhead lines and soft ground, level the unit with blocks, and take a standard set of photos.

4

Keep the Fleet Sharp

Handle light upkeep between jobs, like signs, decals, locks, and getting units rent-ready. There’s no heavy mechanical work.

A typical day is about 70% driving, 20% loading and unloading, and 10% unit prep.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL (an automatic-only restriction is fine)
  • Current DOT medical card
  • An acceptable driving record that keeps you insurable on our policy
  • Able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Rollback, towing, recovery, or equipment hauling experience, since over-the-road experience alone isn’t enough for this role
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb on and off the trailer, and work outside in all weather

You’ll do well here if you

  • Put safety first on every load, every time
  • Show up on time and work well without someone looking over your shoulder
  • Communicate clearly with customers and the office
  • Take pride in leaving every customer with a well-placed, job-ready unit
