Every office we rent is manufactured from a new one-trip container, and our offices average less than a year old. Each one comes insulated, with heat and A/C, lighting, electrical outlets, windows with security bars, a steel man door with an electronic padlock, an exterior security light, and a built-in desk. Businesses use them as jobsite offices, security offices, break rooms, and extra workspace at plants and facilities.
Here’s how renting one works:

- Accept your quote, and we’ll schedule delivery as soon as possible and confirm the date with you ahead of time.
- Our driver brings the office on a tilt-bed truck and sets it right on the ground, so no crane is needed.
- You connect the office to power through its breaker box, using either land power or a generator.
- When the project wraps up, call us and we’ll schedule the pickup.

Setup is much simpler than a traditional mobile office trailer. Trailers usually need to be leveled, blocked, and tied down, while an office container is set on firm, level ground and is ready to use once power is connected. Our pricing has no property fees, excise taxes, or fuel surcharges. Delivery and pickup are separate services, each shown on your quote before you accept, and both are billed on your first invoice only. If you need more space partway through a project, give us a call and we can add another unit. Keep in mind that containers aren’t moved between job sites while on rent, so an office for a new site is a new delivery.
How quickly can delivery and setup be arranged, and what is the process for returning the container when the rental ends?
Quotes go out the same day, and once you accept, we schedule delivery as soon as possible and confirm the date with you ahead of time. We don’t promise next-day delivery, but because we run our own trucks and drivers, we’re not waiting on anyone else’s schedule. On delivery day, the driver usually calls about an hour before arriving.
Before delivery, make sure the truck has room to back straight in: at least 100 feet for a 40 ft office and about 80 feet for a 20 ft office. You’ll also need about 14 feet of overhead clearance along the path and firm, level ground at the drop spot. If the ground isn’t ready, we can build a compacted rock pad.
